Jon Gosier

Executive Producer

Southbox Entertainment

Jon is an investor and the founder of Southbox Entertainment, a film fund.

Jon spent the past fifteen years in the tech industry building companies to acquisition. Previously, with Warner Music he lead the build of a platform that provided artists like Camila Cabello, Madonna, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Shakira, Rihanna, Jay-Z access to new economies based on the sale of data (instead of streaming royalties).

Inspired by that success, his new company Dataca.sh offers an entirely new way for studios, film creators, and stars to receive compensation for their work through the monetization of the audience data they attract.

Prior to his work in tech and film, Jon lived in East Africa where he worked on crisis response, humanitarian relief and counter-terrorism. This period of his life will be explored in a forthcoming memoir published by HarperCollins. He is an alumni of Savannah College of Art and Design.
